What sets Laurie apart: Laurie started her career as an real estate office administrator, she then went on to be the training director, then spent 15 years as VP of Marketing for a large independent in PA.  When she moved to Sarasota Laurie spent years working inside Michael Saunders & Company in office management, and marketing operations leadership — giving her a behind-the-scenes understanding of luxury real estate marketing that few agents in Sarasota can match. She knows how deals are built, how listings are positioned, and how to negotiate outcomes that protect her clients' interests.
Laurie's real estate career began in 1992 in York, PA. She relocated to Sarasota in 2020, earned her Florida Broker's License, and quickly built a reputation for creative marketing, meticulous attention to detail, and a client-first philosophy. She is an active member of the Realtors Association of Sarasota and Manatee Counties and holds a BA in Business Management with a Marketing concentration from Elizabethtown College.
